I worked with Kristiina a bit over a year in FCR Media AS. During this time I found she was real role model for value driven leader as she successfully built organization around company core values. Addition to company values she had focus on value we delivered to our customers. She also encouraged people to take new challenges and accept failures as a way to learn and improve, not focusing on mistakes and blaming.
